How membership works

Membership is built around participation. Attend three monthly networking events to get to know the community and become eligible to apply. Once accepted, members attend at least four events in each six-month period and complete at least three meaningful activities before the next monthly event.

Participation and membership are not open to multilevel marketing (MLM) businesses or their representatives.

01 / VISIT

Attend three networking meetings

Come to three monthly networking events in Frederick, Maryland. Meet the women, join the conversation, and see whether the community feels like a good fit.

02 / PARTICIPATE

Take part

Share your perspective, listen for what others need, and make genuine connections. Market your business by sharing about your company and presenting your perspective on the event’s five-minute topic. After attending three events, you can apply to become a member. Attendance alone does not make someone a member.

03 / CONTRIBUTE

Support another woman

Once accepted, attend at least four networking events in each six-month period measured from your acceptance date to remain active. Complete at least three meaningful activities benefiting other members before the next monthly networking event. The members you help confirm those contributions.

WHAT COUNTS

Small actions can make a real difference.

A useful contribution responds to a real need. You might make a qualified introduction or referral, share a relevant resource, offer professional advice, collaborate on an event, follow another member’s social media page, like or meaningfully comment on her posts, or contribute useful tools and information for the group through Women CoCreate’s social media pages.

You do not need to spend money. The value comes from thoughtful effort and impact. Token gestures, artificial referrals, and obligatory review exchanges do not meet the standard.

CONTRIBUTION POINTS

Your support is seen.

Women CoCreate recognizes qualifying activities through SUPPORT, CONNECT, and GROW points. The woman receiving member-to-member support confirms what helped her. Points can be used for business exposure opportunities within the group, including member spotlights and educational features. Points do not replace the minimum expectation to complete three meaningful activities before the next monthly event.

Participation and contributions are reviewed every two months. If a member has not met the minimum contribution expectation over three months, her membership may be reviewed. Any accountability conversation is handled privately.
